Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup all purpose flour


  • 1 cup sugar


  • 1 cup mango pulp


  • 1/2 cup milkmaid


  • 1/2 cup choco chips


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1 cup curd

Directions

  • Seive all the dry ingredients
  • Start beating the oil and sugar till fluffy
  • Now add curd and mix it fir 2 minutes
  • Add milkmaid and mix it well
  • Now set the temperature of otg for pre-heating
  • It should be 180°c for 10 minutes in baking mode
  • Now start adding the dry ingredients in this batter ,2 -2 spoon and mix them with hand blender,then add choco chips and mix well
  • Grease your cup cake mould or tin
  • Transfer the batter half of the cups
  • Now bake it for 20 -25 minutes in 180°c
  • Let's check after 20 minutes with the help of toothpick
  • If it comes out clean your cup cakes are ready to bite
